Long time Polish Falcons of America Nest 725 member Regina C. Orlikowski passed away on February 12, 2009. She was 93 years old and belonged to PFA Nest 725 for over 80 years! She was also a Legion of Honor member.

Beloved wife of the late Stanley Orlikowski and the late John E. Gregorski. Loving mother of Marilyne (the late Robert) Barwick, John (Josephine) Gregorski, Ronald (Alice) Gregorski, James F. Gregorski, Patricia (Dr. John) Grogan and Richard (Karen) Gregorski. Dear friend of Dolores Gliszczinski. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday 10:30AM at St. Anne's Salvatorian Campus, 3800 N. 92nd St. Visitation Tuesday at Schaff Funeral Home 4-8PM and Wednesday, at St. Anne's, at 9:30AM until time of Mass.
